Bhavani Iyer, OD, FAAO, is a certified Low Vision Specialist and Director of the new
Center for Rehabilitation. She conducts comprehensive low vision evaluations and prescribes rehabilitation training to help patients maintain their independence and quality of life. Dr. Iyer is an experienced low vision professional with expertise in prescribing magnification for reading, driving and rehabilitation for activities of daily living.

Born and raised in India, she moved to the United States in 1995 to pursue an OD degree and specialized in Low Vision and Visual Rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing a Diplomate in Low Vision. She is fluent in English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.
